Return Process

  Place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all protective films, tags, and warranty cards to ensure it remains in pristine condition.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
